VORHAUS
John Vorhaus
has written more than two million words about poker in a career stretching back
to 1988 and including stints with every major poker publication. His first
book, The Pro Poker Playbook is now a hard-to-find classic, but in
recent years his prolific pen has yielded Killer Poker: Strategy and Tactics
for Winning Poker Play, Killer Poker Online: Crushing the Internet
